FELIX (Integrated photonics and electronics for industry) is a project financed by the Tuscany Region as part of the interventions of the European Regional Development Fund POR-CREO 2014-2020. The project made it possible to obtain a coordinated technological enhancement of the research infrastructures of the following public research organisations:

• Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna
• Italian Institute of Technology
• Superior Normal School
• National Research Council
• University of Pisa

The enhancement project, organized into the 3 operational objectives reported below, allows us to offer interested companies, with particular attention to medium and small ones, a series of 17 technological services to support corporate research and development in the field of high technology .

• Operational objective 1: Active and passive photonic and electronic materials and devices
• Operational objective 2: Design and construction of photonic and electronic devices and circuits
• Operational objective 3: Packaging of integrated photonic components and hybrid photonics/electronics components
