Sant'Anna Business Game is back: university education and the business world meet at Sant'Anna School. How to participate in the initiative organized by the Junior Enterprise Business & Engineering (JEBE)

The Sant'Anna Business Game, now in its sixth edition, returns on November 15 and 16, 2024. The event, organized by the Junior Enterprise Business & Engineering ( JEBE), the student association that brings together students of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, represents an opportunity for young minds from different Italian and European universities to come into contact with the world of work.

The goal of the initiative is to stimulate collaboration and competition, offering participants the chance to confront real business cases, proposed by leading international companies, with challenges that require the application of skills in management, engineering and finance, and simulations of everyday problems in business environments.

For the sixth edition, the Sant'Anna Business Game counts on prestigious partners, such as Bain & Company and Philip Morris, who will organize and present the tests; while other major companies such as Amplifon, Fineco, Iuvo, Lab22 and Hynthelo will participate in the event, offering direct interaction with participants.

In addition to the competition, the program will also include networking and discussion. Companies will have the opportunity to review the resumes of candidates and applicants, with the aim of initiating cognitive or recruitment interviews. The morning of Saturday, Nov. 16, will be dedicated to a small job fair, during which companies will present their projects and interact directly with participants, facilitating job placement opportunities.

The 2024 edition counts on the patronage of Rai Toscana.
